My specialties include curly hair, shags, mullets, intuitive transformative cuts and creative color. My haircuts are categorized by length and technicality so please read the descriptions to find the offering that best suits your needs. Since my color services are customized to the individual (ie I may not be the correct fit for your vision), I require a NEW COLOR CLIENT CONSULTATION either in person or via text/email for all future color clients. Failure to book a color consultation or contact me directly will result in a declined appointment. All listed pricing includes gratuity, with color prices being subject to change. Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Hair by L.A., you agree to the cancellation policy as outlined below: Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time. Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients is of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it, we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom color service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive on time for your appointment. 15 mins late or more will be considered a "no show," the appointment will be canceled and payment will be due. Hair by L.A. Zwicky reserves the right to terminate booking privileges at any time at their discretion. No call/No show: 100% of the service will be collected. Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service. It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result. REVISIONS: Now, we want to level with you—we may not be perfect, but trust us, we're pretty darn close. We pour our heart and soul into every snip, color, and style. However, sometimes, the hair gods might have a different plan, and miscommunications can happen. But fear not, we've got you covered! While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If by some twist of fate, we missed the mark or you think we didn't quite nail it, we're happy to offer one revision. Yep, you heard that right! Just give us a shout before the two-week mark after your appointment, and we'll make it right. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
